Response to COVID-19
I are now ready to welcome you back for face to face sessions!
I will continue to review Government guidelines and actively implement and practise safety measures because your safety is very important to me. Here are the steps that I have put in place to comply with the Government guidelines, and ensure that you and I are able to stay safe :
If you have a new cough, sore throat or any of the other symptoms associated with Covid19, I ask that you call me as soon as possible and I will reschedule your appointment
If you have been with anyone who has subsequently developed symptoms I ask that you inform me as soon as possible and I will reschedule your appointment
At the moment, I am asking you to stay in your car or stay outside the building until just a few minutes before your appointment. I will then come and greet you at the front door
I am asking anyone who has accompanied you to your appointment, to wait outside for you, rather than wait in the building
I will ask you to use the hand sanitiser that is available as soon as you enter the building
Both you and I will observe 2 metres social distancing in the entrance hall, the stairs, corridors and in the therapy rooms
I will allow adequate time between appointments to thoroughly clean the therapy chairs and touch points such as door handles and stair banisters.
I understand that some people may not yet be ready for face to face sessions and that’s okay as I continue to offer sessions online over Zoom as we have been doing throughout lockdown. Zoom is a platform where I can guarantee confidentiality just as if you were in the therapy room itself, but this way you can stay in the comfort of your own home.
I hope to see you soon.
Stay safe and be well.
